This modern well presented two bedroom, upside down house is situated within easy walking distance to the town and beach. Allocated parking at the front and a lovely garden at the back. A large balcony off the lounge has views of Swanage.

The main entrance to the property allows access to the bedrooms, bathrooms and a utility room which are all on the ground floor.

The first floor has a very large lounge and a separate kitchen, with large dining table.  There is also access to the balcony from the lounge.

There is parking for one car at the front of the property, this road also has unrestricted parking, but can be busy during main summer holidays.

Downstairs

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed.  The master bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, wash basin and shower,  it also has built in wardrobes.

The second bedroom has a small double bed (would be suitable for two small children) or 1 adult and a single bed with built in wardrobes.

There is also a family bathroom with toilet, wash basin, bath with over head shower.

First floor

The lounge is very spacious and modern with a balcony that overlooks Swanage.  The lounge has a smart TV with Netflix (own login details required) and has a settee and an armchair.

The kitchen overlooks the back garden, there is also a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen also has fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker and induction hob.

The utility room has a washing machine and a clothes airer and the tumble dryer is located in the porch.

 A £200.00 security deposit is required a week before your booking.
