Lovely spacious ground floor apartment with sea views across Swanage Bay to Ballard Down and The Pinnacles chalk stacks. Situated in an elevated position within walking distance of the town and beach to the north and the Downs and Durlston Country Park to the south. Pinnacle Point is a fantastic base from which to enjoy your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating for four, TV with flat screen, blu-ray/DVD player.

Kitchen/dining room: Well equipped with seating for four, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, Krupps coffee pod machine. 

Bedrooms:

1. Kingsize bed, good storage, TV and views over a pretty courtyard; ensuite WC and shower room with large shower cubicle.

2. Sturdy wooden bunk beds (90cm x 190cm mattresses), good storage.

Family bathroom: Full suite with bath/shower mixer taps, overhead shower attachments, WC.

Children of all ages welcome: Top bunk suitable for age 6 and above.  Travel cot and highchair available, please bring your own cot linen.

Linen and towels provided: Please bring your own beach towels.

Outside: Communal courtyard garden; rotary washing line.

Parking: One allocated space in private car park in front of building (additional free off-street parking nearby on a first come, first served basis).

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

Great service from Swanage Holiday Properties.  Lovely flat with considerate owners leaving tea and coffee etc.  (Gasping after long drive).  The flat had all we needed.  Many thanks!

Pinnacle Point

This is a very comfortable property, nice and roomy.  It is on the top of a steep hill with partial sea views, there is a telescope provided for boat spotting.  It was very nice to have a welcome pack of tea, coffee pods milk and biscuits.  Everything you need is provided.  It is also in a great position for easy access into the town centre and beach.  Overall an excellent property and a lovely stay.
